Main Topic: The 1% Effect
The 1% states that if you improve 1% every day, you’ll be 38 times better at your craft by the end of the year. It’s the same effect as compounding interest.

Think for a minute how long you spent scrolling Insta or FB this morning while drinking your coffee. How long does it take to drink your coffee? 5 minutes? 15? What are you doing in that time?
It’s only 5 minutes, does it hurt to have 5 minutes of fun?
Have you ever watched a movie and then dreamed about it all night?
That’s the effect of your subconscious at work, having been programmed by the information you ingested in the form of tv, music, podcasts, or books.
Think about the possibilities of putting your mind to work during that time on things that will actually benefit you.
